It is important to consider the amount of water you drink per hour.
If you consistently drink more water per hour than recommended, you might overwork your kidneys and deplete your electrolytes and minerals. Here are our guidelines to determine the amount of water per hour:
- up to 100 lbs, 4 oz water
- 100 – 150 lbs, 6 oz water
- 150 – 200 lbs, 8 oz water
- 200 – above lbs, 8-10 oz water
