Philosophy
Here at One Body One Life our philosophy is to not lose sight of what creates success: FOOD, FITNESS, and FLOW. This powerful three must work together to achieve a successful, healthy lifestyle. Its important to wake up every day connected to your body, aware of your needs, and ready to achieve greatness. This is our holistic approach.
We love holistic living. By combining mental clarity with clean eating, and a fitness lifestyle, you too, can HOLISTIFY® your life. To Holistify® is simple: you recognize that many different parts of life are connected, all working towards one fantastic goal. You understand that life is a process of creation based on self-awareness. Your journey to Holistify® is about feeling, breathing, listening, and exploring. It is about accepting, laughing, embracing, and healing. Our minds, bodies, and spirits are all working together to live our best life. Every choice we make is an act of self-definition. One Body One Life gets you in touch with who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing.
We hope that our ideals are ones you will adopt as you Holistify®. Always strive for organic produce, natural, unprocessed ingredients, and add-ins that give you something extra. Sometimes you’ll bump up the anti-oxidants; sometimes you need immunity; other times a quick zap to your metabolism. Whatever it is, you can (and should!) find it naturally!

Finally, you have to find your flow. For Greg, there’s nothing that a day on a surfboard can’t cure. He’s out there, one with the ocean. While he paddles away from shore, he connects with his breath, calming his mind, centering himself, checking in with his body. Once he gets past the break, he waits. He connects with the earth, feeling her pull and push. He’s listening to the waves, anticipating the best time to stand up, when his body needs to lean to the right, feeling the moment he can relax his muscles and then re-engage them. He’s aware of the strength of the water and the strength of his body and how they play off of each other. By the end of each run, He’s energized, mentally stimulated, and enjoying the physical workout. By the end of the day, he has mental clarity that allows him to make the best decisions for where he wants to go. He was also grateful for the beauty and power of the world around him and appreciative for all it brings.
